Aeration

Routinely aerating your lawn is a great way to continuously provide your lawn with easy access to water, oxygen, and nutrients. Aerating can also provide other benefits like reducing water runoff and increased stress tolerance. We highly recommend pairing this service with overseeding in the fall for the best results!

  • We offer aeration during the early spring as well as in the fall. If planning to aerate AND overseed in the same season, we highly recommend getting both done during the same visit in the fall.

  • Yes, we recommend holding off on cutting for around 2 weeks.

  • Using any kind of aerator introduces the risk of property damage. To minimize this risk, our team members are trained to look out for any visible obstructions such as drains and water shutoffs before servicing the property. We always ask our clients to let us know about any underground systems that are less than 3” underground.
